Mr. Pitts was very professional, prompt, and thorough in the inspection of my home. I needed an inspector immediately, and Mr. Pitts made himself available on the Saturday that was his birthday. I am truly grateful for his service and at a very reasonable price.

Mr. Pitts was absolutely wonderful, and I am sorry it took me so long to review. I called him and had him inspect a home I was under a contract to buy back in November. He was very professional and quickly scheduled me maybe 2 days later. He spent a couple hours at the house and I met him when he had finished. He walked me step by step to see the problems he found and showed me pictures of areas I was unable to see from the ground including pictures from under the house in the crawl space. Each time I called him or had questions, he quickly returned my calls and responded to my text messages. He even entertained my father's questions about the findings. No, he wasn't the cheapest I found, but he was the best choice for sure, and I would definitely use him in the future. His work helped us make the decision to work towards closing finally last month on our first home.
